ASAP Rocky found guilty of assault but spared jail in Swedish trial

The American rapper A$AP Rocky was involved in a conflict in Stockholm, Sweden, at the end of June, and was subsequently arrested by the Swedish authorities and was sentenced to prison for a month. During the period, US President Donald Trump also made a voice to coordinate with the Swedish government. Not long ago, the Swedish government announced that A$AP Rocky and two other defendants could leave Sweden before the final trial on August 14. Then A$AP Rocky appeared and attended the Sunday Service of Kanye West, and also participated in the Real Street Music Festival on August 11th.
The Swedish court stated that A$AP Rocky did not need to return to Europe for trial, the authorities had already concluded the trial of the conflict, and A$AP Rocky and two other entourages, Bladimir Corniel and David Rispers, were convicted to guilty. A fine of approximately $1,302 is required to be paid to the victim (the plaintiff). The court mentioned in a statement: "The nature of this conflict is not serious. Therefore, the defendant was sentenced to two years' probation." This means that as long as A$AP Rocky and two other accompanying persons don’t break the law in two years, they can get rid of the jail.
Although Rocky has been telling the court that they were defending themselves because of the harassment and tracking of the plaintiffs, they did not intentionally have a conflict, and even were hit by the bottle; however, the prosecutor could not prove that the plaintiff had thrown the bottle and said Rocky and his entourages punched and kicked and even threw the plaintiff to the ground, so he finally made a guilty verdict.
