Comparison between PKZ and Real Down Jacket

Hello PKZ Friend. Due to the popularity of Canada Goose during the fall/winter season, many of you may find yourself wanting to pick up a down jacket. So please check the detailed comparison between our PKZ down jacket with authentic one in terms of to pockets,tag,zipper,hologram and logo.

1.Pockets

2.Tag

Note the real one has a diamond-shaped layer underneath the rectangular patch, the lettering is clear, the maple leaf is well-defined. Obviously,our PKZ tags and labels are so authentic looking and just like the real one. On the contrary,note that the fake one doesn't have the diamond under-layer, the font is different, the maple leaf looks more like a flying insect, and the all-important hyphen is missing from the website. Very subtly, the real says CANADA GOOSE? While the fake does not have the symbol. Below is pictures of the interior back patches at a higher camera exposure to make it easier to see certain details.

3.zipper

The real has two YKK zippers, while the fake has a single nondescript zipper. Also note a subtle difference in the zipper tags, where the real says CANADA GOOSE?, while the fake does not have one. So below pictures demonstrate that our down jacket is so close the authentic one.

4.Hologram

From the perspective of hologram,it is typical on the left arm, or less commonly the chest. Note the quality and detail of the embroidery on the real patch, while the fake is just atrocious, with excess material sticking outside the perimeter, red lines joining adjacent letters, the inconsistent thickness of the longitude lines, the subtly different blue shapes on the arctic ice, the symbol instead of, and the maple leaves which look more like dinosaur footprints. Come on, look how real of our PKZ hologram compared with the real one.

5. LOGO

In fact, the design of the down jacket used to be an outline of a goose, with head and beak pointing in one direction on a black background. This logo is found on the back of the inner lining, and also on the front left hand bottom pocket. This was changed recently to a circular logo, which is the patch design found on the outside of all CG coats.Many other manufacturers have long used the old logo design on the inner liner and front pocket. Basically they have not updated the new design yet. Luckily,we noticed the difference and make relevant improvements on the logo.
