The "Louis Vuitton Don" is a nickname of Kanye West. Right? A few years ago, the French fashion house collaborated with rapper Kanye West to release a collection of sneakers. Now, San Antonio-based custom shoe artist Dank Customs has created a pair of Air Jordan shoes inspired by that series` most popular pair, the Don. The outcome, as you can see in the gallery below, is quite interesting. These sneakers feature the same colors as the original version, with Louis Vuitton logos also added to the heel and tassel laces, in addition to a noticeable LV monogram on the tongue.

As some of you might remember, Kanye West collaborated with Louis Vuitton on a sneaker collection in 2009. Consisting of several sneaker silhouettes, both low and high top, the "Don" sneaker from the collection turned out to be one of the most popular ones in the lineup. 

Since the July 1st  release of the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton sneaker collaboration surprisingly more and more celebrities are popping up more and more rocking a pair. Either way in my opinion  they look great in every style and color. 

In 2013, Kanye West and Nike have parted ways, but that doesn't mean that custom sneaker creators are going to stop cranking out crossover pairs inspired by Mr. West. Louis Vuitton branding has been beautifully added to the plastic parts, tongue and midsole of the Patchwork Louis Vuitton Don Jordan IV sneaker.
